Managing Cards-on-File
This article shows you how to manage your client's credits cards using the cards-on-file feature.
Adding a Card-on-File
Cards will automatically be placed on file when required for Online Booking, Express Booking, as well as when a Self-Checkout is completed.
You can add cards on file manually from the calendar screen and from the client screen. Here is how that works:
Calendar Screen
Select the appointment on the Calendar Screen.
On the Appointment sidebar, use the Add Credit Card button.

Enter the credit card details and tap on Add to save.

Client Screen
On the Client screen, search for the client.
On the Credit / Gift Cards tab, tap the Add Credit Card button.

Enter the credit card details and tap on Add to save.
Managing Cards-on-File
In the Client Details screen, you can view saved cards, remove them or add a new credit card for a client. There are two ways to bring up the Client Details screen:
On the Calendar screen, select the Appointment and tap on the Client Name.

Or, you can go to the Clients screen and search for the client.

Deleting a Credit Card
On the Client Details screen, select the credit card you'd like to delete.
Tap on the "..." and select Delete.

Tap on Confirm to delete.
