Managing Cards-on-File

This article shows you how to manage your client's credits cards using the cards-on-file feature.

Adding a Card-on-File

Cards will automatically be placed on file when required for Online Booking, Express Booking, as well as when a Self-Checkout is completed.

You can add cards on file manually from the calendar screen and from the client screen. Here is how that works:

Calendar Screen

  • Select the appointment on the Calendar Screen.

  • On the Appointment sidebar, use the Add Credit Card button.

  • Enter the credit card details and tap on Add to save.

Client Screen

  • On the Client screen, search for the client.

  • On the Credit / Gift Cards tab, tap the Add Credit Card button.

  • Enter the credit card details and tap on Add to save.

Managing Cards-on-File

In the Client Details screen, you can view saved cards, remove them or add a new credit card for a client. There are two ways to bring up the Client Details screen:

  • On the Calendar screen, select the Appointment and tap on the Client Name.

  • Or, you can go to the Clients screen and search for the client.

Deleting a Credit Card

  • On the Client Details screen, select the credit card you'd like to delete.

  • Tap on the "..." and select Delete.

  • Tap on Confirm to delete.
