Navigating the Client List

To view and manage clients click on “Clients” in the menu bar, to the right of “Calendar.” Use this screen to add new clients, search existing clients, filter clients by various parameters, and view details like contact information, notes, and appointment information.

Searching & Filtering the Client List

To search for a client start typing the client name, email, or phone number into the search bar. As you type the results will be narrowed according to the search.

To filter the client list by the owner, creation date or last appointment/future appointment click on the “Options” button in the top right corner of the client list screen.

Apply the desired filters which include:

  • All staff or client owner

  • Date client was created

  • Number of days since the last appointment

  • If a client has or does not have a future appointment on the books

Click “Apply” to view the clients that meet the parameters.

To refresh the client list click on “Options” and then “Reset to default filters”
