Add a New Pay-In or Pay-Out

Pay-Ins and Pay-outs are money added and taken out of the Cash Drawer. For example, you may need to take out cash to buy lunch for your employees or office supplies and put money back if you have any change.

New Pay-In

Use this to add more funds to your cash drawer.

  • Tap on the New Pay-In button on the top left corner.

  • Enter the amount to be paid-in and add a description for your reference.

  • Tap on Save & Record to save.

  • Once added, the current count will be updated.

New Pay-Out

Use this to take funds out for your drawer. You would also use this to perform your daily close-out to record the amount of cash removed from the cash drawer to be placed in the safe or for a bank deposit.

  • Tap on the New Pay-Out button on the top left corner.

  • You can either enter Amount to pay out or Amount after pay-out.

    • Amount to pay out - amount you will be taking out of the drawer

    • Amount after pay-out - amount to stay in the cash drawer.

  • Add in description for your reference

  • Tap on Save & Record to save.

  • Once added, the current count will be updated.
