How can I collect photos during booking?

You can request photos from clients during the booking process with Online Booking and Express Booking™.

Once enabled, clients will have the option to upload up to 3 photos for inspiration, reference, consultation, etc. once their appointment is successfully booked.

Here is how you can enable this for each booking tool:

Online Booking

To enable Collect Photos During Booking with Online Booking go to Settings > Online Booking > Preferences and select edit to enable the feature:

Express Booking™

To enable Collect Photos During Booking with Express Booking™ go to Settings > Calendar & Appointments > Express Booking™ and select edit to enable the feature:
