Memberships Settings

To adjust your Membership settings, go to Settings > App Manager > Memberships > Settings.

Membership Billing Location

This setting is only available for accounts with multiple locations.

Choose whether to always bill memberships through a single location or select a billing location for each membership.

If different billing locations are used, you can run Membership reports for specific locations.

Allow clients to cancel

Specify whether clients are allowed to cancel their own memberships through the client portal. If payment is due, the client will need to contact the business directly in order to cancel.
