How do I resend the credit card email request to my client?

When you start a new membership, you have the option to request the credit card from the client. If you need to resend that request, here's how you do it:

  • Go to membership details of the client. Tap on the “...” on the top right corner and select Change Payment Method.

  • Make sure that “Request credit card from client via email” selected and Confirm.
