When will I get my funds?

Once your account is Verified, funds will be released based on the payout frequency selected. If the frequency is set to daily, funds will appear in the merchant’s bank account within 1-3 business days. For more detailed information on your payout schedule refer to: Mangomint Pay Payout Schedule

Why is a payment pending?

A payment could be marked as pending if it needs to be reviewed by Stripe's Risk team. Please reach out in chat support if you need any further details.

What is my deposit limit and how do I increase it?

A deposit limit is the maximum amount of funds you can deposit to your bank account per week. If a deposit limit needs to be increased, you can email our team and we will work on increasing the limit for you.

Note: We recommend connecting a bank account vs. a debit/credit card for your Mangomint Pay account to avoid any delays with payouts.
