Link Services to Staff Members

In order to book an appointment for a service, there must be staff members associated with the service. Linking Staff members with the services they perform can be done from both the Staff and Service Settings pages.

Linking Staff to Services in Service Settings

  • Go to Settings (Gear Icon)  >  Services

  • Select a service

  • Go to the Staff tab

  • Tap on the toggle next to the staff members that perform the service

If the service duration or price differs for different staff members, enter the correct duration and price underneath the staff member name.

Additional Options

To adjust the visibility of the service in online booking for a specific staff member select "Additional Options." Use the toggle to show/hide the service for that staff member.

To access the direct booking link for that staff member/service, select Direct link

  • Go to the Services tab

  • Tap the toggle to enable the services the staff member performs

Default commission override:

Adjust commission percentages or dollar amounts for specific staff members on Compensation tab.
