How do I un-cancel an appointment?

This article shows you how to un-cancel an appointment.

Note: These steps are applicable only for canceled appointments. If you deleted an appointment by selecting the "Just delete it" option, please reach out to us in chat support.

1. Make all cancellations visible on your calendar.

Go to: Settings > Calendar & Appointments > Display Preferences

2. Un-cancelling the Appointment

  • Select the cancelled appointment on the Calendar Screen.

  • Tap on the "..." button and select Un-Cancel.

  • Select Confirm to save.

If you would like to resend notifications to your client, tap on the "..." button and select Resend Notifications.
