Switching to Mangomint

When switching to Mangomint from a previous booking software, our team works with you to make the process as easy and seamless as possible.

  • Begin booking with Mangomint, and make sure to start your subscription before your free trial ends.

Notifying your clients about your new booking software

When you’re ready, consider notifying your clients about your new booking software. You can choose to notify clients at a time that works best for your business, whether it's a week before your launch or on the day of your launch.

Here are some best practices for sending an announcement to your clients via email:

  • Explain that you’ve decided to upgrade your booking software to Mangomint. Let them know that Mangomint is an easy-to-use software that will improve their experience from booking to checkout. Mention anything new that you can now offer them, such as memberships.

  • Specify what is being transferred into Mangomint for them. Let them know that all their scheduled appointments will be transferred into Mangomint. Mention any other client details that you are also transferring, such as color formulas.

  • Include any next steps or any action (if any) they need to take. Include information about your updated online booking links, if applicable.
