Staff reports can help you run payroll for your staff members, track services and products sold by each staff member, and more.

Payroll Report

Learn more about the Payroll report and how you can process payroll directly in Mangomint.

The Payroll report includes all closed sales with a sale date in the selected time period. The sale date may be different than the date the sale was closed if you:

  • Manually change the sale date after the sale is closed

  • Require a full payment in online booking and close the sale on a later date. The sale date is the date the sale was closed, not the date the full payment was collected in online booking.

Service & Product Sales By Staff Report

The Service & Product Sales By Staff report includes the quantities and sales totals for services and products sold by each staff member.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Service & Product Sales By Staff report.

Staff Member

The staff member’s name.

# Services

The number of completed services.

Service Sales

The staff member’s service sales total.

# Products

The number of products sold.

Product Sales

The staff member’s product sales total.

Total Sales

The staff member’s total sales.

Service Category/Service

The service that was completed.

Product Category/Product

The product that was sold.

Adjustments

The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout.

Applied Packages

The value of applied packages and memberships.

Taxes

The amount of tax that was collected.

Sales

The sales total.

Time Clock Report

The Time Clock report is available if the Time Clock app is enabled. This report provides information on staff member working hours, including hours spent on specific task types. A column will be included in the report for each task type.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Time Clock report.

Description

Day

The day the staff member clocked in and out.

Staff

The staff member’s name.

Clock-In

The time when the staff member clocked in.

Clock-Out

The time when the staff member clocked out.

Paid Hours

The staff member’s paid hours.

Days Off Report

The Days Off report includes days off for staff members during the selected time period and for the selected locations.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Days Off report.

Description

Staff Member

The staff member’s name.

Day

The day the staff member was off/not working.

Reason

The reason the staff member was off/not working. The Other reason includes staff members who were Set to Not Working via the calendar.
