Setting Up Waitlist Automated Messages
To set up and customize waitlist automated messages, go to Settings > Automated Messages > Waitlist Entries.
Client notifications
When clients are added to the waitlist, they can be notified via email and/or text message.
Email notifications will include the details of the waitlist entry, including dates, times, and services requested.


Staff notifications
You can send internal notifications to staff members (e.g. front desk team and managers) when openings become available.
