To set up and customize waitlist Automated Messages go to:
Settings > Automated Messages > Waitlist Entries
When clients are added to the waitlist they can be notified by text message and/or email.
Text notifications to clients will appear like this:
Email notifications will include a more detailed look at the entry, like dates and times selected as well as service(s) requested:
You can also send internal notifications to staff members like your front desk team and managers when a waitlist entry opening becomes available.
Add any email address you would like all internal waitlist opening notifications to go to by customizing this Automated Message type.
