Change the Price/Discount on a Client’s Membership

Changing the price/discount on a client's membership is helpful if you'd like to offer a client special membership pricing/discounts, or if the client is grandfathered in from a previous membership and you'd like to honor their previous pricing/discounts.

To change the price/discount on a client's membership, begin by locating the client's membership details.

Select Change Prices / Discounts from the "..." menu.

Any price/discount changes you make will only affect the selected client’s membership and will only take effect when the next billing cycle begins.
