Client Filters for Marketing Emails

When creating a marketing email, you can choose to send your email to specific clients based on different filters.

Appointment filters

You can filter your recipient list based on a client’s previous or future appointments.

Filter	Description
With service provider	Clients who had a previous appointment or have a future appointment with a specific service provider. More than one service provider can be selected.
With service	Clients who had a previous appointment or have a future appointment for a specific service. More than one service can be selected, including services from different service categories.
With service in category	Clients who had a previous appointment or have a future appointment for a service in a specific service category. More than one service category can be selected.
At location	Clients who had a previous appointment or have a future appointment at a specific location. More than one location can be selected.
On date	Clients who had a previous appointment or have a future appointment on a specific date or during a specific time period.
More than [x] days ago	Clients whose last appointment was more than [x] days ago. Enable the Include clients with no appointments toggle to include clients who did not have any appointments during the specified time period.

You can filter your recipient list based on a client’s profile.

Filter	Description
Has future appointment	Clients who have a future appointment booked.
Has no future appointment	Clients who do not have a future appointment after the current date.
Profile created on	Clients whose profile was created on a specific date or during a specific time period.
Had first appointment on	Clients whose first appointment was on a specific date or during a specific time period.
Spent more than	Clients who have spent more than a specific amount in total sales (including service sales and product sales).
Has membership	Clients who have a specific membership. More than one membership plan can be selected.
Birthday	Clients who have a birthday during a specific month. More than one month can be selected.
Gender	Clients who identify with a specific gender.
Referred by	Clients who were referred by a specific source.
Tag	Clients whose profile includes a specific tag.
