Set a Day Off for a Staff Member

This article explains how to set a day off for a staff member.

There are two ways to set a day off for a Staff Member:

From the Calendar Screen

  • With the Calendar on “Day View”, select the staff member and hit Set to Not Working.

  • On the pop-up window, use the OK button to save.

From Staff Member Settings

  • Go to: Settings > Staff Members

  • Select the Staff Member and go to the Work Hours screen.

  • Use the Edit button and select This Day Only.

  • Enable the toggle for "Not Working" and select a reason. Save.
