Client Portal

The client portal allows clients to view and manage their upcoming appointments and book new appointments. Clients can also view and manage their memberships in the client portal, including canceling their membership and changing their membership payment method.

The Call, Email, and Website buttons in the client portal will display once you have entered the following business information:

  • Go to Settings > Business Setup > Locations and enter a Contact phone for your first location.

  • Go to Settings > Business Setup > Locations and enter a Contact email address for your first location.

  • Go to Settings > Business Setup > Business Details and enter a Website address.

Accessing the client portal

Clients can access their unique client portal from their automated messages, as shown below.
