Client Portal

The client portal allows clients to:

  • View and manage their upcoming appointments

  • Book new appointments

  • Manage their memberships, including canceling their membership and updating their membership payment method

Learn how to customize the client portal by adding your company logo and brand color.

The Call, Email, and Website buttons in the client portal will display once you have entered the following business information:

  • Go to Settings > Business Setup > Locations and enter a Contact phone for your first location.

  • Go to Settings > Business Setup > Locations and enter a Contact email address for your first location.

  • Go to Settings > Business Setup > Business Details and enter a Website address.

Accessing the client portal

Clients can access their unique client portal from their automated messages, as shown below.
