Adjust the Quantities of Remaining Services on a Client’s Membership

You can manually adjust quantities of remaining services on a client’s membership.

Some common scenarios this will be helpful for:

  • If a client requests a refund for the current cycle

  • To manually correct quantity mistakes

  • If a client already received a service but a checkout didn’t happen

  • When transferring a client’s membership from an old booking software and they currently have redeemable services

You can do this on a client’s membership on their membership details:


Adding Services on a Client's Membership

If you would like to manually add services to an existing client’s membership, select "+ Add Extra Services"

On the next window, select the service group you want to add, and adjust the quantity and expiration date as needed.
