Filling Out Client Forms in Person
If a client arrives for their appointment but hasn't submitted their form yet, they can fill it out in person.
You can help a client fill out their form in person by sending them a text message containing a link to fill it out. You can also open the form on an iPad or Android tablet for them to complete.
Locate the form in the appointment details and select one of the following options:
Fill Out: Select this option to fill out the form on an iPad or Android tablet.
Copy Link: Select this option to copy a link that you can paste into an email to the client, for example.
Send Request: Select this option to send the client a text message containing a link to fill out the form.
Note: Form links are unique to each client and appointment. Do not share the same form link with multiple clients.
Once a form is submitted, you can view the details of the form submission.
