How do I transfer memberships from my old booking system?
Currently, there is no way to automatically transfer memberships from an old system. Similarly, saved credit card information from an old system also cannot be transferred.
To manually transfer your client memberships:
Make sure you cancel your old memberships in your old system.
Start each client membership in Mangomint one by one. Learn more about starting a new client membership, including how to request a credit card from a client via email.
Note: If it applies to the client's membership, select the First billing date is after start date toggle under Advanced Options for the Start date. This is helpful if the client has already paid for their membership through your old booking system.
If a client's membership has existing services available in your old system, you will need to adjust the available service quantities. Learn more about adjusting the quantities of remaining services on a client’s membership.
