How do I transfer memberships from my previous booking system?

Currently, there is no way to automatically transfer memberships from a previous booking system into Mangomint.

To manually transfer your client memberships into Mangomint, create each client membership in Mangomint one by one. When creating each membership, you can request a billing credit card from the client via email.

If the client already paid for their membership through your previous booking system, you can enable the First billing date is after start date toggle under Advanced Options. This allows you to update the First billing date as needed.

If the client's membership had a specific number of remaining services in your previous booking system, you will need to adjust the number of remaining services.

Once your memberships are transferred into Mangomint, make sure you cancel your old memberships in your previous booking system.
