To access reports, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the Can access company reports permission enabled in Staff Member settings.
Includes payroll information for staff members. Learn more about this report.
Service & Product Sales By Staff
Includes quantities and sales totals for services and products sold by each staff member including adjustments, applied packages, and applied memberships.
Includes information on staff member working hours. This report is available if the Time Clock feature is enabled.
Includes days off for staff members during the specified date range and for the specified location.
Includes quantities and sales totals of services and products for each day. The Service Sales column includes the value of applied packages.
Includes quantities and sales totals of services. The sales total includes the value of applied packages and memberships. Enable the Include service customization details toggle to view the specific customizations that were sold.
Includes quantities and sales totals of products. Download the Excel report to see additional details including client information and staff member.
Sales by Time Period
Includes service and product sales totals by day, week, month, or custom date range.
Gift Card Reports
If the Gift Cards feature is enabled for your account, the following Gift Card reports are available.
Gift Card Usage
Includes gift card usage details.
Gift Card Balances
Includes outstanding gift card balances. Download the Excel report to see any notes that were added for each gift card.
Gift Card Sales
Includes quantities, adjustments, and sales totals of gift cards.
Note: When a gift card is sold, it is considered deferred revenue until the gift card is redeemed.
If the Packages feature is enabled for your account, the following Packages reports are available.
Includes package usage details.
Includes outstanding package credits as of today.
Includes the number of packages sold and sales totals of packages.
Note: When a package is sold, it is considered deferred revenue until the package is redeemed.
Package Sales Details
Includes details for each package sale. Download the Excel report to see client emails.
If the Memberships feature is enabled for your account, the following Membership reports are available.
Includes payments for new memberships and membership renewals.
Membership Service Usage
Includes details of membership services used.
Includes memberships that were started within the selected time period.
Includes memberships that were canceled within the selected time period.
In the Payment Summary and Payment Details reports, payments are included based on the date the payment occurred.
In most cases, payments occur on the sale date, but the payment may occur on a different date if:
A deposit was charged before the appointment and the sale was completed on a later date.
A sale was reopened on a different date and another payment was added.
The date of a sale is changed after the payment is completed.
Includes quantities and totals of payments by payment method.
• Credit Card (in-person): Transactions where a card is used in person (tap, insert, or swipe).
• Credit Card (virtual): Transactions where a card is not used in person, including cards on file and online payments/deposits.
Includes payment details for each sale including payment amount and payment method. Download the Excel report to see additional details including service, product, and sale notes.
Cash Drawer Activity
Includes all cash payments, cash drawer pay-ins and pay-outs, and manual adjustments to the cash drawer. This report is available if the Cash Drawer app is enabled.
Includes used deposit payments based on their associated sale date once the sale is closed.
Cost of Goods
Includes costs and profits of products. This report only includes products that have purchase costs associated with them.
Includes the stock of products at the end of the selected day. Download the Excel report to see the product brand.
Includes product usage details. Download the Excel report to see additional details including SKU and Purchase Cost/Unit.
Includes gross and net totals for cashflow. Includes all cash-equivalent forms of payment including cash, checks, and credit cards. This report ignores non-cash payments such as gift cards and packages.
Business Intelligence: Appointments
Provides insights into appointment metrics such as booked percentage (productivity), pre-bookings, walk-ins, and staff requests. Learn more about this report.
Business Intelligence: Sales
Provides insights into sales metrics such as average product total per sale by each staff member.
Business Intelligence: Forecast
Provides insights into future business metrics such as productivity and appointments booked.
Specifies how many clients from an initial time period visited again within 90 days or 180 days.
Includes client and appointment details for canceled appointments, deleted appointments, and expired Express Bookings™. Download the Excel report to see additional details including email, service, service price, and appointment notes.
