Block a Client from Online Booking

This articles explains how to block a client from booking an appointment through online booking.

  • On the Clients screen, search for the client that you want to block.

  • Use the pencil icon in the client details and scroll down to the Online Booking section.

  • Expand the section and enable the Block from online booking toggle.

  • Hit Save.

When a blocked client tries to book an appointment online they will get a message that something went wrong and that they should contact the business directly.
