Logo & Branding

Adding your logo and branding allows you to customize your online booking, client portal, and automated emails. To learn more about logo and branding settings, watch our on-demand Logo & Branding video.

To manage your logo and branding settings, you must be an Admin user. Open the Settings app and go to Business Setup > Logo & Branding.

Once you've updated your settings, you can select Preview Client Portal to see how the client portal will display to clients.

Your logo will be displayed in the following places:

Your logo image file must be at least 80 pixels high and either a JPG or PNG. When you upload your logo, your brand color may be automatically set based on the colors in your logo. You can also manually customize your brand color as needed.

Your brand color will be used for buttons, links, and various accent elements in online booking, the client portal, and web chat. This color will also be used for the welcome screen on your Front Desk Display.

  • You can manually customize your brand color as needed. When customizing your brand color, you can pick from different suggested colors (if available) based on your logo. You can also use a built-in color picker to help you choose a color, or manually enter a specific color hex code.

  • Any brand color you choose must meet minimum contrast requirements, which helps you maintain readability and accessibility on your client-facing screens. This means if you choose a lighter color, the system will require you to choose a darker color that meets the contrast requirements. Any color that is set for you automatically or suggested as an option meets these contrast requirements.

Your cover image will be used as the background image in the client portal. Your cover image file must be at least 600 pixels wide and either a JPG or PNG.
