When sending an Express Booking™ link, you can choose to require full or partial payment for the entire appointment. Clients will be required to pay for the specified amount in order to complete the booking.
To set your default settings, go to: Settings > Calendar & Appointments > Express Booking™
Full payment: The total of all the services in the appointment will be charged in full.
Partial deposit: A fixed amount or percentage of the service price will be charged
Deposit percentage - will be applied to every service in the appointment
Fixed amount - will be applied to the full appointment
If booking multiple services in one appointment, the settings here will be applied to all services in the appointment.
Other important things to note:
If you have deposits set for services for online booking, they DO NOT APPLY to Express Booking™
Where service tax applies, service tax is only charged when full payment is required.
