Managing Your Phone Call Availability

As a staff member, you can manage your phone call availability using the Mangomint mobile app if an Admin user has enabled the Can make and receive calls permission for you.

To manage your phone call availability in the Mangomint mobile app, tap the Apps icon to open the main menu. Tap Profile Settings > Phone Calls.

In the Hours of Availability section, specify the hours during which you are available to receive calls on this device (i.e. the hours during which your device will ring when a call is received).

  • Unavailable: This option will make you unavailable to receive calls on this device.

  • Always Available: This option will make you always available to receive calls on this device.

  • Set Custom Hours: This option allows you to specify custom hours during which you are available to receive calls on this device. Once your hours are set, you will be automatically set to Available during these hours and Unavailable outside these hours.

  • Use Scheduled Work Hours: This option allows you to use your work hours to determine when you are available to receive calls on this device. You will be automatically set to Available during your work hours and Unavailable outside your work hours.

In the Phone Numbers section, enable the phone numbers that will ring this device during the hours you're available to receive calls. Once a phone number is enabled, you can make phone calls from that number on this device, even if it's outside your hours of availability.
