Adjusting the Service Quantities in a Package

To manually adjust the quantity of remaining services or product usage in a client’s package, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the Can manage packages permission enabled in Staff Member settings.
Open the Packages app or select the Packages tab in the client details.
Select Adjust Quantities from the "..." menu.

Update the quantities as needed and select Save.

You can change or remove the expiration date on a client's package if needed. Changing the expiration date can be helpful if you’d like to extend the expiration date to give the client more time to redeem their services or product credits.
To change or remove the expiration date on a client’s package, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the Can manage packages permission enabled in Staff Member settings.
Open the Packages app or select the Packages tab in the client details.
Select the pencil icon next to the expiration date to change or remove the date as needed.
