Rebooking Past Services in Online Booking

Clients can view their past services in online booking, allowing them to easily rebook a service if needed.

• Create a faster booking experience for returning clients: Repeat clients who book the same service regularly can see their previous service and quickly rebook it without having to start from scratch every time.

• Give clients more visibility into their service history: When a client is rebooking a service, they can view which service providers they’ve seen before, allowing them to easily select their preferred provider.

• Make booking easier with pre-filled selections: Clients don’t have to remember which service they received in the past—when rebooking, the service and service customizations will be pre-selected.

To rebook a past service in online booking, the client will select Rebook a past service.

The client will be prompted to verify their phone number via text message.

Once their phone number is verified, the client will see a list of their past services and can choose which one to book again. If you have multiple locations, the client will only see services received at this location.

For each service in the list, the client will be able to see:

• The name of the service and service customizations.

• The date when they last received that service.

• How many times they’ve received that service.

• The service price. This will reflect the current service price, not the price the client paid in the past.

Services and service customizations will not be shown if they are no longer offered or are not enabled for online booking.

Once a service is selected:

• If the service has any pre-selected service customizations, the client can change them as needed.

• The client will see a Booked before badge next to any service provider they’ve seen before, allowing them to select their preferred provider.

After selecting a service provider, the client will select a date and time for their appointment and complete their booking as they normally would.
