FAQ: Gift Cards

To send a digital gift card, open the Gift Cards app and select the gift card to send.

Select Send Digital Gift Card from the "..." menu.

The Gift Card reports in the Reports app allow you to track gift card usage, balances, and sales. The quantities and sales totals of gift cards can be viewed by month or a custom time period.

You can track and manage gift cards in the Gift Cards app, including editing and deleting gift cards. Gift cards can also be found in the Wallet tab in the client details.

Yes, you can receive a notification every time a gift card is purchased online.

When a gift card is purchased online, you can send an email with the gift card details to an internal email address. This email will also let you know if the client's credit card details or billing address could not be verified, which could indicate increased fraud risk. You can also enable an in-app or push notification to be notified when a gift card is purchased online.
