Automated Messages: Packages
The Packages automated messages are available if online package sales are enabled.
To configure your Packages automated messages, open the Settings app and select Automated Messages > Packages.
When a package is sold online, you can:
Send an email to the client with the package details.
Send an email with the package details to an internal email address. This email will also let you know if the client's credit card details or billing address could not be verified, which could indicate increased fraud risk. You can also enable an in-app or push notification to be notified when a package is purchased online.
