View Appointment Change History
You can view a chronological list of every change that was made to an appointment, including who made the change (staff member or client).
An appointment’s change history keeps a record of several different types of events, giving you access to detailed history for every appointment.
See when an appointment was booked, rescheduled, or canceled.
See whether services were added, removed, or durations were changed.
See if forms were submitted, photos were uploaded by the client, or appointment notes were changed.
See when each action was completed, including the date and time.
See who completed each action, including the name of the staff member or client.

To view an appointment’s change history, select the appointment on the calendar. Select the "..." menu and select View Change History.
If you are an Admin user, you can disable a staff member’s ability to view appointment history by disabling the Can view appointment change history permission in Staff Member settings.
