Campaign Message Pricing
You will need marketing credits to send email and text message campaigns. Learn more about marketing credit pricing.
Email campaigns require 1 marketing credit per email. This number of marketing credits will not change based on the email content.
Text message campaigns start at 2 marketing credits per text message. This number of marketing credits will increase (in increments of 2) based on the length of the text message.
You can include up to five images in a text message campaign. Text messages with images require an additional 10 marketing credits per image.

Text message campaigns require marketing credits based on the number of message segments.
The more message segments your text message includes, the more marketing credits will be required.

5 message segments | 10 marketing credits |
The type of text message determines how many characters can be included in each message segment. If your text message includes merge tags, each merge tag counts as 15 characters.
