Gift Card Reports
If the Gift Cards app is enabled for your account, the following Gift Card reports are available in the Reports app.
Gift Card reports can help you track the number of gift cards sold, outstanding gift card balances, and more.

The Gift Card Usage report includes gift card usage details, including refunded gift card payments.
The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Gift Card Usage report.
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Date | The date the gift card was used. |
Sale # | The sale where the gift card was used. |
Gift Card # | The gift card number. |
Last Sale Date | The date the gift card was sold. Gift cards with no date include gift cards that were added manually. |
Amount | The gift card amount that was used. |
Service Staff Member(s) | The staff member who completed the service. |

The Gift Card Balances report includes outstanding gift card balances at the end of the selected day. Download the Excel report to see any notes added for each gift card.
When a gift card payment is refunded, the updated gift card balance appears in this report immediately.

Column | Description |

Gift Card # | The gift card number. |
Purchaser | The client who purchased the gift card. |
Owner | The client who owns the gift card. |
Amount | The gift card balance. |

Adjustments | The adjustments that were made to the default price during checkout. |
Sales | The gift card sales total. |

Sale Date | The date of the sale where the gift card was sold. |
Client | The client who purchased the gift card. |
Gift Card # | The gift card number. |

Gift Card Value | The gift card value at the time it was sold. |
Price | The price paid to purchase the gift card. |
Sold By Staff | The staff member who sold the gift card. |
