Import Your Data

If you are transferring from an existing booking system, our team is happy to do a free data import. For most systems, we can import the following:

  • Clients (including contact details, notes and formulas)

  • Products and inventory

  • Gift cards and balances

Depending on the specific system, we may or may not be able to also import client history such as previous appointments or previous sales. Your onboarding specialist will discuss this with you during the onboarding session.

Please note:
We cannot transfer future appointments that already exist in your old system. You will need to be move them over as part of the onboarding process.
