Report changes to include payments based on the date they occurred instead of the sale date

As of June 23, 2021 some important changes have been made to the following reports:

  • Payment Summary

  • Payment Details

Previously payments were included in these reports based on their associated sale's date. Now, payments are included in these reports based on when the payment itself occurred.

In most cases the sale date and the date of the payment are the same, but it might be different if:

  • a deposit was charged ahead of an appointment and the sale was completed at a later date,

  • a sale was re-opened on a different day and another payment was added,

  • or the date of the sale was changed afterwards.
