    How do I resend client appointment notifications?

    Resending client appointment notifications can be helpful if a client's phone number or email was incorrect and has now been updated, or if a staff member did not resend notifications when editing the appointment.

    To resend client notifications, select the appointment on the calendar and select Resend Notifications from the "..." menu.

    Is double booking possible through online booking?

    Double booking is not possible through online booking. It is only possible manually through the calendar.

    How can I collect photos from clients during booking?

    You can collect photos from clients in online booking and with Express Booking™. Clients can upload up to three photos for inspiration, reference, consultation, etc.

    To collect photos in online booking, open the Settings app and go to Online Booking > Preferences > Collect photos during booking.

    To collect photos with Express Booking™, open the Settings app and go to Calendar & Appointments > Express Booking™ > Collect photos during booking.

    Can I print a staff member's schedule for the day?

    To print a staff member's schedule for the day, select the staff member's name on the calendar and select Print Day Schedule. In the print dialog box, your web browser may also include the option to save the document as a PDF.

    Printing day schedules is only available in the desktop app and is not available in the mobile app.
