Allowing Staff Members to Clock In and Clock Out from a Front Desk Device

To enable the Time Clock screen on a front desk device so that staff members can clock in and out, go to Settings > Staff Members.

Create a new staff member called Front Desk and enable the Can view Time Clock screen permission.

Log in as the Front Desk staff member on your front desk device. Staff members can now use the front desk device to clock in and out.

You can disable the Can view Time Clock screen permission for individual staff members to remove access to the Time Clock screen on their personal devices.
