Create Your Cancellation Policy

Setting up a clear cancellation policy is important because it can help you prevent no-shows and it also offers some protection from clients with a habit of no-showing or cancelling late.

With Mangomint, you have complete control over your cancellation policy. This is something that we set up together with you during your onboarding process.

Things to consider

1. Do you want to charge a cancellation fee?

2. Under what circumstances does the cancellation fee apply? For example, during what time frame will you charge the fee? What happens if a clients no-shows? What happens if a client reschedules shortly before their appointment?

Here are some examples:

  • For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, we charge 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%.
