To add Staff Members in the system, go to:
Settings (Gear Icon) > Staff Members
Use the Add Staff Member button
Enter the basic staff details including first and last name, email address, and phone number. Note: The email address and phone number entered here is where your staff will receive their log in details and notifications.
Select a user type, either Admin or Normal.
Admin staff members would be people who need to have all permissions enabled, such as a business owners or managers.
Normal staff members would be general service providers, front desk staff members, or any other staff members that should not have unrestricted access to the system.
For service providers:
Select the option “Is service provider”. Note: You have to enable this option in order to assign services to the staff members later.
Select the notifications you would like your staff member to receive.
If you offer services where clients can request a male or female staff member, use this option to assign the gender. This is commonly used for services like massages.
Normally, only staff members that are enabled as service providers can be assigned to product sales. For staff members who are not service providers (like front desk staff), you can use this option to make them eligible to be assigned as well.
After you create the staff member, you have the option to send them an invite via email to create their Mangomint login. If you select Not Now, you will have the option to invite them later.
You can add the staff profile photo by using the pencil icon below the avatar.
