Set Days off for Multiple Staff Members at Once

This article explains how to quickly set days off for multiple staff members.

This tool allows you to set days off for multiple staff members for a single day or custom date range which can be helpful when the business is closed for:

  • Holidays

  • Vacation for Staff members

  • or other times when you need to schedule multiple days/staff members off at once.

Note: When all staff members' schedules are set to off then no appointments will be available in online booking for those dates. This allows online booking to remain enabled so clients can book future dates when the business is open or when the staff member/s are working.

To get started, go to:

Settings > Calendar & Appointments

  • Hit the Set days off button.

  • Select the staff members and the date range to use.

  • Use the Submit button to save your changes.

Note: Once set, it will override any saved schedule. Any normal repeating schedules will resume when the set days off end.
