Viewing Past Payroll Runs

After running payroll in Mangomint, you can view past payroll runs and download:

• Reports, including the Payroll Journal and Cash Requirements reports.

• Workers’ paystubs.

To download reports for past payroll runs, open the Payroll app and select Options > View past payroll runs.

To download the Payroll Journal or Cash Requirements reports for a specific payroll run, select the History tab. Select View details next to the payroll run and download the reports from the "..." menu.

To download the Payroll Journal report by quarter, year, or a custom date range, select the Reports tab. Specify the time period and select Download Journal.

To download a worker’s paystub when viewing a past payroll run, select View details next to the worker and select Print earnings statement.

Workers can also view their paystubs via their profile menu.
