Updating Phone & Voicemail Settings
After enabling phone calls, you can update phone and voicemail settings by opening the Settings app and going to Business Setup > Phone Numbers > Manage settings.

When enabled, all phone calls will go straight to voicemail. To automatically send calls to voicemail outside your business hours, you can use the Outside Business Hours Voicemail setting.

You can record and transcribe phone calls to:
Revisit phone conversations and gather important details that may have been missed or forgotten.
Keep records of client conversations that can be used as evidence when fighting disputes.
Monitor phone calls and gather insights into how staff members are communicating with clients.
You can customize your settings for recording and transcribing phone calls.
Automatic call recording: When enabled, all phone calls will be automatically recorded and transcribed. Make sure you follow local rules and regulations regarding recording phone calls.
Call recording notifications: When enabled, an audio message will play at the beginning of every phone call that announces the call is being recorded. Includes outbound phone calls.
Disable recording for outbound calls: Specify whether outbound phone calls should not be recorded and transcribed. This setting will also disable the call recording notification for outbound phone calls only.

Your phone number includes a standard voicemail greeting. You can record a custom voicemail greeting if needed. If you record a custom voicemail greeting, it will not be used with the Outside Business Hours Voicemail setting.

When enabled, all phone calls will go straight to voicemail outside your business hours. To adjust your business hours, open the Settings app and select Business Setup > Business Hours.
You can record a custom voicemail greeting for calls received outside business hours if needed. This allows you to use separate voicemail greetings for calls received within business hours and calls received outside business hours.

When enabled, you can send an automated text message to callers if their call is missed. This allows you to follow up with callers automatically so you never miss a connection. You can customize this automated text message as needed.
If the Outside Business Hours Voicemail setting is enabled, this automated text message will not be sent outside your business hours.
