The Refund Summary report includes quantities and totals for all refund types. Includes service, product, gift card, membership, package, and client account balance refunds.

The table below provides more information on the different columns in the Refund Summary report.

Column

Description

Date

The sale date or the refund date, depending on which date was selected in the report filters.

# Refunds

The number of completed refunds by sale date or refund date, depending on which date was selected in the report filters.

Refund Amount

The refund total.

The Refund Details report includes details such as refund number, sale number, refund method, and more. This report also includes refunds for membership and package credits.

Column

Description

Transaction #

The refund transaction number. To view a list of transactions, open the Sales app and select Options > View Transactions.

Refund #

The refund number.

Sale #

The sale number.

Transaction Date

The date the refund transaction was completed.

Client

The client assigned to the sale.

Staff Member

The staff member who completed the refund transaction.

Refund Method

The refund method.

Payment Account

The payment account that was used.

Refund Amount

The refund total.
