Then, reach out to chat support and provide us with the URL for this page. We can then set this URL as the page where visitors are redirected after they successfully book online. In Google Analytics, you can configure a conversion event based on visits to this URL. Because this conversion event lives on the same domain, the entire visitor journey, including their original source, will be visible in Google Analytics.

Conversion tracking works on both desktop and mobile devices, even if your online booking opens in a separate browser tab. If your online booking opens in a separate browser tab, add the same Google Tag to both the initial landing page and the redirect page, and the conversion tracking will work as expected.
