Exporting a Client’s Form Submissions

Admin users can export all of a client’s form submissions. This includes all form submissions since the client’s profile was created. This can be helpful for med spas and related businesses that require access to detailed client history.

Exported form submissions include:

• All forms submitted by the client.

• All forms associated with the client, including forms submitted by staff members.

To export a client’s form submissions, open the client details and select Export All Forms from the "..." menu.

Specify whether to include reviewer signatures in the exported form submissions. For example, you can exclude signatures for enhanced privacy or include signatures for compliance purposes.

Select Confirm. A zip file will be downloaded containing all of the client’s form submissions as PDFs.
