Enabling Desktop Notifications
You can receive desktop notifications when the following events occur, which can be helpful for front desk staff members:
A phone call is received, answered, or missed
A voicemail is received
A web chat message is received

To receive desktop notifications, you will need to enable them in:

To enable desktop notifications for Mac, go to System Settings > Notifications.

If you are using a separate monitor, select Allow Notifications when mirroring or sharing the display.

Select the web browser application you use with Mangomint, such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

Update the following notification settings for your web browser application:
Allow notifications: On
Desktop: On
Notification Center: On

Once you’ve enabled desktop notifications in your Mac settings, you will need to enable them in your Mangomint user profile settings.

To enable desktop notifications for Windows, go to Settings > System > Notifications.

Enable the Notifications toggle.

Once you’ve enabled desktop notifications in your Windows settings, you will need to enable them in your Mangomint user profile settings.

To enable desktop notifications in your Mangomint user profile settings, go to User Profile > Notifications.

Enable the desktop notifications you’d like to receive. Once you’ve enabled at least one notification, your web browser will prompt you to allow notifications. Select Allow. The Browser notifications are enabled message displays.

To confirm your desktop notifications are working correctly, you can select Send test to receive a test notification.
