Docovia Integration

Note:

While our Docovia integration uses webhooks, our Webhooks add-on is not required to set up and use our Docovia integration.

Docovia is a HIPAA-compliant virtual consultation platform that connects IV clinics, med spas, and related businesses with licensed providers for Good Faith Exams (GFEs).

With our Docovia integration, you can sync GFEs directly to client timelines in Mangomint.

If you are already using Docovia and want to integrate your account with Mangomint:

Reach out to Docovia and let them know you would like to integrate your account with Mangomint.
Docovia will reach out to the Mangomint team to request your Mangomint account information.
Docovia will complete the integration once they have received your Mangomint account information.

If you are not already using Docovia and are interested in getting started:

Reach out to the Mangomint team and let us know you are interested in getting started with Docovia.
The Mangomint team will connect you with Docovia via email to learn more about the integration process.
If you decide to move forward with Docovia, Docovia will work with the Mangomint team to complete the integration for you.

Once the integration is complete, GFEs will sync directly to client timelines in Mangomint. A timeline note will be added with a link to the client's exam.
