Automated Messages: Memberships
The Memberships automated messages are available if the Memberships app is enabled.
To configure your Memberships automated messages, open the Settings app and select Automated Messages > Memberships.

When a membership is started in person or online, the client will receive an email with their membership details.

When a membership is started online, you can send an email with the membership details to an internal email address. This email will also let you know if the client's billing address could not be verified, which could indicate increased fraud risk.

Ten days before a client’s membership renews, you can send an email to the client to let them know their membership will renew soon.

When a client’s membership renews, the client will receive an email with the renewal details.
