Automated Messages: Check-In Process
The Check-In Process automated messages are available if the waiting room is enabled.
To configure your Check-In Process automated messages, open the Settings app and select Automated Messages > Check-In Process.

The 15 minutes prior to appointment time automated messages are used with the Client Self Check-In feature. These automated messages allow clients to check in to the waiting room themselves, which can be helpful for businesses that do not have front desk staff available to check in clients.

When a client is checked in to the waiting room by a staff member, or when a client checks in to the waiting room themselves, you can send a text message to the service provider to let them know their client is waiting.

When a staff member selects the Notify button, you can send an email and text message to the client to let them know their service provider is ready for their appointment.

This automated message can be used even if the waiting room is disabled.
