Automated Messages: Appointment Rescheduled
The Appointment Rescheduled automated messages are available if client self-rescheduling is enabled.
To configure your Appointment Rescheduled automated messages, open the Settings app and select Automated Messages > Appointment Rescheduled.
When an appointment is rescheduled by the client, you can:
Send an email and text message to the client to let them know their appointment has been rescheduled.
Send an email to an internal email address. This can be helpful if you’d like to be notified of all appointments rescheduled by clients, regardless of whether you are assigned to the appointment.
