Renew a Client’s Membership Early
When a client’s membership is renewed early, the client can use their membership benefits right away instead of having to wait until their next billing date.
For example, if a client's appointment is only a few days before their next billing date, the client can renew their membership early so they can still use their membership benefits.
Clients can change their membership billing date by renewing their membership early. When a membership is renewed early, the client’s new billing cycle will begin on the date the membership was renewed.
To renew client memberships early, you must be an Admin user, or you must have the Can manage memberships permission enabled in Staff Member settings.
Only active memberships can be renewed early.

To renew a client's membership early that has automatic payments, open the client's membership details.
Select Renew Early from the "..." menu.

The renewal price (the amount that will be charged) and the client’s next billing date will be shown for reference.
Select Renew Now to renew the client’s membership. The client will be charged immediately, and their new membership billing cycle will begin today.

To renew a client's membership early that has manual payments, open the client's membership details.
Select Renew Early from the "..." menu.

The renewal price (the amount that will be charged) and the client’s next billing date will be shown for reference.
Select Renew Now to create an open sale for the membership in the Sales app.

Select Go To Sale to view the open sale in the Sales app.

Select Go To Payments and complete the sale as you normally would. Once the sale is complete, the client’s membership is renewed, and their new membership billing cycle will begin today.
