Receiving Phone Calls

Phone calls can be received directly through the Mangomint mobile app.

When a phone call is received, a staff member’s phone will ring if they:

When a phone call is received:

  • If the caller is an existing client, their name will be displayed.

  • If the caller is not a client, their phone number will be displayed.

Once one staff member answers the phone call, all other staff members’ phones will stop ringing. If the phone call is answered while the phone is locked, staff members can tap More > Open in Mangomint to open the call in Mangomint.

Once the call is opened in Mangomint, different call actions are available, including:

  • Profile: This button is available for existing clients and allows the staff member to view the client’s profile while on the call.

  • New client: This button is available for non-clients and allows the staff member to create a new client profile while on the call.

While on a call, if you navigate away from the call and need to go back to it, tap the phone icon.

When a phone call is missed, it will go to voicemail.

  • Staff members can receive notifications when phone calls are missed and voicemails are received.

  • A conversation will be considered open if a phone call is missed or a voicemail is received. Learn more about open conversations.
